The National Park Challenge 2016
On Wednesday 28th September, we completed our fifteenth and final marathon. With over 400 miles ran and 15800m climbed, we limped over the ‘finish line’, elated but exhausted. Our final statistics were equivalent to running from London to Loch Lomond and climbing Ben Nevis almost 12 times!!
However, our journey does not finish here! We will be continuing to blog our reflections and findings in our latest blog post, hoping to inspire and motivate others to get out into these beautiful places. Also check out our tweets @parkdiscoverers on Twitter.
We are still keen for people to make a Park Pledge to visit your local National Park and to support their cause. Also, help us to find out how understanding Science in the Outdoors is already viewed, please take a few minutes to fill out the very short questionnaire below. Thank you!
